Special package plans (SPP) is the treatment or procedures that will be carried out at for a definite period (3 or 6 months - 1 / 2 / 3 years) according to the nature of the disease and for which you will be agreed to pay a fixed fee.
Package treatment plans are designed for specific diseases which is suitable for persons who needs a holistic homoeopathic healing for their longstanding illness, needs frequent health checkups, regular consultations, regular investigations, essential diet management, and special care.
We provide treatment plans in Quarterly Packages, Half-Yearly Package & Yearly Packages for patients within India.
What all are covered in the Special Package Plan of treatment?
Each package includes the following
Lifetime registration
Complete Case taking Including review case taking if necessary
Follow up - Offline (Maximum of 5 in a Month)
Follow up - Online (Maximum of 5 in a Month)
Medicines required for the specific treatment period
First Aid Homoeopathic Medicine Kit (For Yearly Package Only)
For what kind of diseases the Special Package Plan will be beneficial?
SPP suits any disease according to the convenience of the patients yet at present special package plans are more advised for the following diseases for better care and healing,
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Any Psychiatric Diseases (OCD, Depression, Schizophrenia, etc)
Diabetes Mellitus
Gall bladder Calculi (Gall Stone)
Impotency
Infertility
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

The plan offers discounts for medicinal charges and consultations at specific clinics, consulting with Dr. V. Charuvahan.
The plan is only valid for the period mentioned on the receipt. If the plan is not renewed after the validity period, regular medicinal charges will apply.
If you miss taking medication during the membership period, the duration of missed days will not be added to the package plan. The plan strictly applies to the period stated on the receipt.
The package plan cannot be transferred to another person.
A special package plan does not guarantee that treatment will be completed within that period. Treatment duration varies depending on the disease and individual response to the medicines.

One courier per month will be free. The additional courier will be charged as applicable.
In certain situations or emergencies may require a referral to a specialist or to the hospital. Special Package Plan does NOT cover these additional expenses.
We do not guarantee a cure.
Termination of Plans:
Curative Medicine Services(CMS) reserves the right to terminate the SPP for any reason, including non-payment.
CMS will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a result of the termination of membership.
Refund Policy:
The starting of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.
Patient claiming refund of medicines has to inform in writing for a request of refund.
Refund is applicable only for patients residing in India.
Refund requests will be entertained only during the first 3 months of the treatment. If you are not happy with the treatment, inform us within the first 3 months of the treatment. Any request after 3 months of treatment will be not entertained.
All unused medications in its original packing along with the registration card has to be sent to us before applying for refund.
Rs. 500 will be deducted if the registration card is lost.
Your dues will be settled in 30 days and a cheque of the balance amount will be sent to you at your registered address. No refund will be made by cash.
Your dues will be settled after deducting the medicinal and consultation charges from the date of joining the SPP. The medicinal and consultation charges will be calculated as per the prevalent rate for consultation and medicine from the date of joining till the date of cancellation whether you have taken treatment or not during that period.
In case of Refund following charges will be deducted
Consultation fees. (Rs. 1250)
Handling charges (Rs. 350)
Weekly charges – (Rs. 350) per week will be charged, from the date of dispatch to the date of refund request
Medicine name will not be disclosed on any refund request. Please read the policy on prescriptions for any request.

Once you pay and confirm your treatment plan, we will call and schedule an appointment for you at a mutually convenient day and time, and the consultation procedures will be started accordingly.
