Credit Policy:
The clinic adheres to a strict NO CREDIT POLICY. Consequently, any upcoming follow-up appointments or medication deliveries will be suspended if there are any outstanding balances associated with your account.
Advance Policy:
At Dr. Charuvahan’s Homoeopathic Healing Clinic, we prioritize ensuring that our patients have uninterrupted access to necessary medications. We offer an advanced facility that allows clients to make advance deposits at our clinic, ensuring a consistent supply of medicine during emergencies. This advance credit may also be utilized for family members, friends, and relatives.
Refund Policy:
In general:
Dr. Charuvahan's Homoeopathic Healing Clinic adheres to the following refund policy in case of advance payments made before services are offered:
A full refund of 100% will be issued if the appointment is cancelled seven days prior to the scheduled date.
A refund of 75% will be provided for cancellations made three days prior to the appointment.
A refund of 50% will be applicable for cancellations made within one day of the appointment.
No refund will be granted if the appointment is not cancelled and the patient fails to attend the consultation on the designated date.
Applicable bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount if necessary.
Refunds will be issued at 100% in instances applicable before commencing the treatment, after booking the treatment,
In case of the death of the patient
A medical emergency necessitating hospital admission
An unforeseen circumstances like natural disaster or calamity etc.
Special Package Plans Policy:
The starting of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.
Patient claiming refund of medicines has to inform in writing for a request of refund.
Refund is applicable only for patients residing in India.
Refund requests will be entertained only during the first 3 months of the treatment. If you are not happy with the treatment, inform us within the first 3 months of the treatment. Any request after 3 months of treatment will be not entertained.
All unused medications in its original packing along with the registration card has to be sent to us before applying for refund.
Rs. 500 will be deducted if the registration card is lost.
Your dues will be settled in 60 days and a cheque of the balance amount will be sent to you at your registered address. No refund will be made by cash.
Your dues will be settled after deducting the medicinal and consultation charges from the date of joining the SPP. The medicinal and consultation charges will be calculated as per the prevalent rate for consultation and medicine from the date of joining till the date of cancellation whether you have taken treatment or not during that period.
In case of Refund following charges will be deducted
Consultation fees. (Rs. 1500)
Handling charges (Min. Rs. 500)
Weekly charges – (Rs. 500) per week will be charged, from the date of dispatch to the date of the refund request
Applicable bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount if necessary.
Homoeo Academe adheres to the following refund policy for all our events (Webinars / Seminars / Conferences)
A full refund of 100% will be issued if the registration is cancelled before the early bird offer or one month before the event, whichever is applicable
A refund of 50% will be provided for cancellations made after the early bird offer.
No refund will be granted if the cancellation request is not initiated before the starting date of the event, however, the amount shall be adjusted for participation in any other future events with us.
Applicable bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount if necessary.
Prescription Policy
Medicines will be prescribed only after the proper consultation and usually dispatched on the same day or one day after consultation.
The medicine name will not be disclosed unless it is necessary
Prescribed medicines should be taken by the patient only.
Return or Replacement Policy:
The Special Package Plan cannot be transferred to another patient.
The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
