Follow Up Form
The regular follow-up will usually be done in 3 weeks. During the follow-up, every aspect of your health will be evaluated. We will assess the changes and effects of the medicine on you, your energy levels, state of mind, dreams, local problems, and any investigations you have undergone, etc. We will then evaluate your progress and adjust our approach accordingly.
Your willingness to get better and your cooperation with us is very important. We need you to come prepared and accurately note down your symptoms each time you visit. Please record what happened to you after taking the remedy, including any emotional, physical, and mental changes.
